How to keep a useful GLP-1 medication log

A practical record of what you entered, ready to review.

A medication log works best when it answers the same questions every time: what was recorded, how much, when, and where. Dial keeps those fields together on your iPhone, with optional Apple Watch logging in Dial Pro.

What to record

For each dose, record:

You can keep weight, side-effect notes, and supply details alongside the dose timeline. Use the terms and schedule from your prescriber or pharmacy. Dial does not calculate a dose or tell you what to take.

Correcting a mistake

Open the entry in history and edit the field that is wrong. If you cannot confirm a time, amount, or site, leave a note about what you know instead of guessing. Keep the original source for instructions and contact your prescriber with questions about treatment.

Preparing a record to share

Before a visit, review the date range and scan for missing or duplicate entries. Dial Pro can create a PDF or CSV from your records. Read the file before sharing, remove anything outside the purpose of the conversation, and use a sharing method you trust.

Free and Pro

The free Dial download includes a phone dose log with no cap on entries. Dial Pro adds quick logging on Apple Watch, dose and weight charts, side-effect trends, and PDF or CSV export. The report reflects the entries you made. It is not a medical record or treatment plan.

Privacy boundaries

Dial does not require an account. Core records stay on your device, or can use your own private iCloud database when you turn on Sync with iCloud. Zentsu does not run a server that stores or reads your records. Weight entries and progress photos use separate local storage. See the Dial privacy policy for the details.
