Dial

Support

Learn about Dial or use the guidance below for help.

For help with Dial, email [email protected]. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Dial version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not include medication or health details you do not want to share.

Notifications

Dial reminders are optional local notifications. If a reminder does not fire, open Settings on your iPhone, choose Apps, Dial, Notifications, and confirm that notifications are allowed. You can edit or disable schedules inside Dial at any time.

Records on your Apple devices

Dial can store medication records in the private CloudKit database attached to your Apple Account. Confirm that both devices use the same Apple Account, have iCloud turned on, and have Sync with iCloud on in Dial Settings. Weight entries remain local to each device.

Apple Health

Body-weight access is optional. You can review or revoke it in the Health app under your profile, Apps, Dial. Dial does not read or write other Health data categories.

Privacy and medical information

Read the Dial privacy policy for storage details. Dial is a tracking tool, not a medical device, and support cannot answer questions about medication, dosing, side effects, or treatment. Contact your prescriber for medical guidance.
